Terms of Service
- Effective date: 2026-06-30
- Last updated: 2026-07-13
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the usage of the “PUBG bot” Discord bot
(“the Bot”), operated by Alex Thomassen aka Decicus (“we”, “us”, “the Operator”) on behalf of KRAFTON Inc.
The Bot provides moderation and community utilities for the official PUBG Discord server and related communities where it is installed.
By using the Bot, interacting with its features, or remaining a member of a Discord server where the Bot is active, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Bot’s features.
1. Description of Service
The Bot provides the following functionality:
- Automated and manual moderation, including content filtering and anti-spam and anti-raid protection.
- A cheater/raid reporting system that lets members submit reports through ticket forms.
- PUBG account linking and assignment of ranked roles based on in-game rank.
- Community utilities such as custom commands, reaction-based roles, and localization of announcements.
- Logging of relevant server activity for moderation and safety purposes. Activity and moderation logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected and retained.
Features vary by server and may be enabled, disabled, or changed at any time.
2. Eligibility
To use the Bot you must:
- Comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country (at least 13 years old, or higher where local law requires).
- Comply with the rules of the Discord server in which the Bot operates.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, malicious, or abusive reports through the ticket or reporting system.
- Attempt to evade, disable, or interfere with the Bot’s moderation, filtering, or logging features.
- Abuse the Bot’s commands or features to spam, harass, or disrupt the server or other members.
- Use the Bot, or data obtained through it, for any unlawful purpose.
4. Moderation Actions
The Bot performs automated and administrator-initiated moderation actions. These may include deleting messages, timing out members, and kicking or banning members, based on content filters, anti-spam and anti-raid rules, and username/avatar checks.
Moderation decisions are made to protect the community. We do not guarantee a formal appeal process, but you may contact us using the details in Section 8 if you believe an action was taken in error.
5. Third-Party Services
The Bot relies on third-party services to function, including Discord, the PUBG API, Google (Google Sheets), and DeepL. Your use of the Bot is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Bot. The Bot is a community tool provided without charge.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
